I understand that some prefer to speak over the phone, however for me email is the best and to ensure that I can answer all of your inquiries fully and is my preferred medium of communications for the following reasons:
A) My hands are usually baking, making chocolate ganache or sculpting & decorating cakes! OR I am busy with my daughter Charlee Kate!
B) Instructions and specific details can be missed, forgotten or misunderstood over a phone call.
C) I try to answer my emails within 24 hours or 1-2 work days.
