Baby Dobbs Baby Shower Romper Cake
Cake made for a Mexican Themed baby shower! And nothing says baby shower like a frosty Margarita!
Mexican spiced (Cinnamon, 5spice, ginger, chili & cardamon) Chocolate cake infused with orange zest (& hint of Cointreau- alcohol burned off of course!) simple syrup, filled with a layer of rich chocolate ganache, covered in red marzipan and topped off with what else... a Margarita!
