It's a New Year, out with the old and on with the new... that also means expanding & developing my repertoire as a baker and pastry confectioner.
Taste and flavors are really important to me. I can make decorative specialty cakes covered in marzipan and fondant, but I can also make refined treats as well! Here is a selection of High Tea Mini Tarts.
