This was a "UP GRADED" wedding sample/birthday cake for a couple getting married in Holland in early July.

Red Velvet Cake with one layer dark chocolate ganache and one layer white chocolate cream cheese icing! Their idea and also I think quite a clever one... two separate layers inside the cake representing them!
