I thought it was good idea to share my "rough sketch" I made for the client and the final CAKE result!

This display cake was designed for the opening of the De Drie Graefjes second lunchroom.

New location for De Drie Graefjes II at the Rokin 128 in Amsterdam!  Huge open airy upstairs seating area, also back upstair garden patio!!!  great lunches, sandwiches and salads as well as cakes and cupcakes.  (CHOCOLATE TURTLE CAKE!!!!! or else their famous RED VELVET CAKE - made by head baker and my friend Dan Dolan The Cookie Man!)  ALSO really friendly service & staff!
