Cute birthday cake for SPARKA LEE who is turning 4!
I used less sugar over all in the cake, no extra sugar in the whipped cream, fresh raspberries and strawberries and raw cane sugar buttercream which gave it a carmel taste. The idea was to make the cake as healthy as possible for the kids... ;-)
I also finally got to try my natural food colors that I imported from, the US.
NATURE'S FLAVORS
The base color of pale pink is the natural food coloring, as well as the yellow and 1/2 of the pink, orange & red... (i boosted the colors with a little bit of my other food coloring SUGARFLAIR).
