Manta Ray Cake


40th Birthday Cake for a scuba diving Manta Ray loving guy! 

This cake was also one of my favorite flavors!  MEXICAN CHOCOLATE cake with Passionfruit buttercream with mangoes and raspberries.  YUMMMMMM!
